If you live in UK then I have to charge but the charges are low and become free over orders like £100 I believe.  Overseas is standard international shipping based on weight.  Parts bought in error must be returned at buyers expense.  I may refund minus the shipping cost if it was clear in the listing what and where the parts fit and was ignored.  This happened recently.

Paypal.  You don't have to be a member of Paypal to pay with Paypal.  You can use your Visa Mastercard Maestro or American Express card to buy.  Some customers even come round and pay with cash although the shop is an online store.
You can also make a bank transfer and your order will be processed in exactly the same way as with a card.
Cheques aren't accepted.

All items are usually posted within 24hours.  If a part has run out of stock I'll email you asking if you'd like to wait till it's back in stock, which is usually 3-4 weeks or a refund.

It's fine! I am the sole owner of the business.  Your details aren't passed on or sold on.

When you have paid for your Titanium parts, they are packed in a padded envelope and within 24 hours are taken to the post office.  If the item is worth more than a certain amount it will be sent 1st Class recorded delivery and requires a signature. When your purchase has been packed and dispatched an email will be sent to you from Paypal saying it's been posted.  For shipping outside UK please expect packages to take up to a couple of weeks to get through.  America and Australia sometimes take over a week for your purchases to get through.  This may be because of customs

Your invoice is the email you receive when you make the payment.  All your items are listed in that email.

Not yet. All sales are online

Please tell your bikes Model, engine size and year when asking a question.  It will be the first thing I ask you and it will save time finding the part for you.

No, unless you have a lot of money.  Modelling a part in CAD, then sending the design to a factory and having an engineer tool a machine up for a bespoke part is expensive.  If you're willing to spend several hundred pounds on a part then it's possible.

All Titanium fasteners are made from Grade 5 (6Al/4V) Titanium.  Threads are rolled on thread rollers and not cut with say a coventry die head. This ensures a good strong thread without stress risers associated with thread cutting.

YES!  A testing house in Wednesbury is used to destruction test titanium products against standard OEM manufactured parts. There are a lot of wild internet rumours about the shear strength of Titanium.  So test reports were made to show there is no less strength in Titanium parts over OEM parts.

There is no problem associated with Titanium and dissimilar metals in everyday use. Titanium is widely used on oil rigs, submarines and marine applications.  There are plenty of articles on the subject by googling it.
